I'm unsure of how they did things a couple-few years ago, but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS FIRM! They were difficult to work with and kept answering my concerns indirectly. After everything, I didn't even get my problem solved! IF I COULD GIVE IT A 0/5, I WOULD!

Very thankful for the knowledgeable, professional and compassionate staff at Randazzo Giglio & Bailey. After my father passed away, I needed to take care of both his estate/succession as well as my mom's-she had passed several years earlier and her succession was never opened. Having to work through two successions at once, along with some difficulties in family dynamics made the whole process very intimidating and overwhelming. However, this firm took such good care of me, explaining everything in detail, answering my many questions, and giving me reassurance. They made an emotional and challenging process much more bearable each step of the way. My thanks go out to all of you, particularly Mr. Finch and Ms. Natalie, for being so wonderful, patient and kind during one of the hardest time

Very very polite, professional, and thorough service. Needed to redo my mother's estate planning and Mr. Finch was very thorough with making sure that all the T's were crossed and the I's dotted. Making sure that all legal aspects were covered and explained. Staff was very understanding of my mother's needs. I highly recommend this office for estate planning needs
