I regret to share my experience with Andy Segrest, Esq. of RANDALL | SEGREST PLLC. After two decades of buying and selling multi-million dollar residential and commercial properties, my experience with Mr. Segrest has been the most disappointing by far. Despite my extensive background in real estate and business, Mr. Segrest displayed a level of unprofessionalism that was unacceptable. Not only did I encounter multiple communication issues, but I am also concerned about the handling of my earnest money, which remains with him after almost 15 months. As a result of this experience, I have filed a Bar Complaint against him, and now I will pursue maximum sanctions through the Mississippi State Bar, as well as explore all legal actions in Court. Terri and Paul were nothing short of incredible to work with. I had a very difficult real estate transaction and they took everything in stride, working expeditiously to get closing done as quickly as possible. I cannot thank them enough and recommend anyone to them first in the area.

Update - The response below of "We returned Mr. Mabry's call in a timely manner and declined to represent him." below is misleading and not complete. It was not noted that Attorney Randall did not even take the time to even respond to all my telephone messages and emails to him during a 2-week period. Attorney Randall did not have the courtesy himself to return the call or respond to the emails to decline to represent me. He had his receptionist do it for him by email. This behavior is unprofessional as an attorney and again I would not refer him to anyone. I’d like to re-emphasize my point that “we” returned Mr. Mabry’s call does not include a phone call, email nor text response from Mr. Randall. I have been contacting Attorney Randall for over 2 weeks. I left messages, sent emails
