Hire yourself….I had a DUI for the 2nd time, and obviously this was self inflicted, however, I was told that there was a good probability that the state would give me a lesser charge. Against my OWN better judgment, I hired this money guzzling office…HUGE MISTAKE. First of all, the option for this second DUI was for me to do jail time (less than a month and if I WERE YOU- whoever you are, I’d just take the jail time and come out $6,000 richer because more than likely, that’s what’s going to happen to you anyway after fighting for over a year) they took their time with certain documentation that could have been prepared and submitted WELL before the date that they submitted it (i.e. mitigation packet that they held on to for over a year before submitting it to state), over $4,000 and $375
