Jack Mosby helped me with my civil dispute after several other attorneys couldn't reach a resolution. I really appreciate them working with me. His paralegal was wonderful too.
This law firm may be great but do NOT use Michael Ealy, if you are female. Worst mediator on the planet. While we received a barely acceptable outcome to our lawsuit Michael Ealy was insulting & disrespectful throughout the entire mediation. A complete misogynist. Refused to make eye contact with me, did not listen to me and only spoke to my husband. When I spoke, he talked over me, only looked at my husband, only spoke to my husband & ignored my very presence despite being a party to the lawsuit. Apparently he is unaware that it is 2025 not 1955.
This firm was recommended by my realtor, I had a trust drawn up. I was doing my best to make it hard, resulting in delays. Theron De Smet guided me out of the weeds and it's not hanging over my head anymore!
