I was told by the associate attorney they would be able to help after giving all information over the phone for a claim against a body shop. I was told to send the retainer and upon sending the retainer the associate attorney said he was going to do some research and told me that there was not much he can do and they he would have the office send back the full retainer 2 weeks ago. When My returned retainer was not received I called office and I was told by Elizabeth (office admin) that it was sent last Tuesday. I Called this morning and talked to Elizabeth again and was told it was sent out Friday.
