I hired Ken Raines and ended up with someone named Lee Webb. They requested a real big retainer, which I paid. They advised me to do what I will call a pipe dream and chase a legal avenue that only cost me a big pile of money. In short, a crazy long shot and answering emails, and drafting a response for $1375 cost me all of my retainer in a few months. They billed even more which they said they wrote off and fired me two days before a bunch of discovery items were due to opposing side because I refused to fill their pockets back up....In my opinion they railroaded me and took advantage of my good nature..Again, in my opinion you shouldn't consider this firm
