We went to Jessica and team for help creating a will. They were all wonderful! Jessica listened to our concerns, asked important questions and helped make a potentially sad or uncomfortable conversation very easy.

I started working with Jessica several months after my Mom had transitioned to a nursing home with dementia, and at the point we started talking, I believed I would be responsible for paying a significant sum before Medicaid would kick in due to money my parents gave away. Jessica put together a medicaid-compliant plan to use part of my Mom's remaining funds to cure the gift issue, set me on the path of how/when to execute it, and managed all of the communication between the county assistance office and the facility. I saw bits and pieces of the back & forth, and I'm forever thankful that weight was taken off my shoulders. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me walk down an already difficult road.

My mom, sister and I met with Jessica to discuss legal matters related to my mom and her estate. Jessica was very easy to speak with, very knowledgeable but also able to speak to us on our level. She was able to explain the technical in plain English. I also dealt with her legal assistant Amy who was very helpful in setting up the meeting. I am very pleased with the level of service and care that I and my family received.

Jessica has eased my anxiety through this whole process of power of attorney and being able to take care of mom’s finances. She has been kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. And with the transitioning to the nursing home, Jessica gave me the mindset that “ We can get there from here!” Jessica is the person you want on your side. She will squeeze an emergency call into her schedule, while driving to another appointment. She is wonderful, and she gets results!!
