I am writing this review from the other side of the aisle: my ex (covert narcissist) hired Rachel as his attorney. Because of his disorder, he suffers from paranoia and delusional thinking, which only intensified after I was awarded 100% custody of our kids (this rarely happens in Marin but speaks to how unwell he is - or maybe how inept Rachel is?). Instead of providing a container for him, Rachel appeared to stoke his anger and encouraged legal attacks such as contempt of court, multiple baseless ex partes, and repeated police involvement (the latter which all occurred at my home in front of the kids). Instead of serving my lawyer as is customary, she utilized a service processor who came to my house, climbed my fence, peered into my windows, and chased my car, again all in front of the

Rachel has provided great guidance during my divorce process and was pivotal to getting it done. She is super professional, human, and level-headed. Really knows her stuff and is a pleasure to work with.

I was extremely pleased with Rachel Castrejon. Of course, divorce is a very difficult time in ones life. The process can be alien and intimidating. However, Rachel guided me through extremely well. Of course, she knows the law and various courses of action very well. She was technically very proficient, but more importantly, she did an excellent job of answering my questions and giving helpful and prudent advice. I honestly never once felt Rachel was "in this for the money" and appreciated that she was looking for the optimal outcome for me, for the least amount of legal fees. I would unhesitatingly recommend Rachel Castrejon to anyone.

Rachel Castrejon, esq., is knowledgeable, hard working, and easy to talk to. I felt heard and well advised. Her staff was kind and her office was clean and comfortable. She’s right downtown in San Rafael, and there’s plenty of parking in the parking lot. I felt like she always had my best interests in mind. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do, I trust Rachel.
