If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Monte, Fred and Stephanie went above and beyond on my behalf and believed in my situation after being basically discarded by another firm. I can't express my appreciation and gratitude enough for what they did and especially for Monte. He is a gifted attorney and worked in my best interest from day one. Stephanie was on top of everything throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend Rabner Law.

They never filed my dad’s case. Lied for 16months, ignored calls, and when we went in person to ask for his file, they refused to even accept a termination letter and threatened to call the police. You’d think we were criminals just for asking them to do their job. When they finally emailed the file, it was just medical records — no lawsuit, no communication with insurance, no work done at all. This isn’t lawyering. This is wasting people’s time and messing with their future. I see other reviews talking about them “selling out” and I believe it now. If your case might make them uncomfortable or cut into their relationships, they will stall you to death. Don’t fall for it.

Sorry to write this bad review after 8yrs but it must be done so that I honor my late son in some way. The Rabner Lawfirm had a good malpractice case with documented evidence that supported my claim but chose to sell out to UPMC. My disappointment and heartache remains to this day. I really thought they would stand up to them but no, they didn’t.😓

Freddy and his team are compassionate yet have such grit in fighting for their clients. I truly appreciate the manner in which they represented me in getting a fair settlement. I especially want to thank Emily, Stephanie, and Fred for all of their hard work on my behalf.

Rabner law, that was referred by a friend, took my personal injury case after no other law firm wanted it. I called about 5 other personal injury attorneys and only 1 other law firm took it but they dropped it after the insurance company said they aren't paying me anything.
