I have had similar experience as Debbie Y. I was awarded legal fees and John Quinn didn't attempt to collect. He filed the bill like the judged asked them admitted he did not collect it. The case went to appeal. A few years after of no response he withdrew from the case after the money in the trust he was representing me on was bleed down to almost nothing. AT a latter court date he sent a junior attorney to ask the judge to award them attorney fees, but did not have the amount to submit. In my opinion he is waiting to see when the judge does the distribution of the trust then sue me like Debbie Y. I do not know yet. My files are on the Allegheny county court records Web site.
