If you are looking for representation from someone who lies, cheats and has no integrity or ethical standards, Matt Purcell is your man. He plays dirty and will sink to the lowest of low levels. On one instance, Matt contacted me the morning before a response declaration was due and instructed me to submit fake documentation so that he could change our position and present a completely false argument to the courts. I was extremely uncomfortable doing so and it ended up backfiring, as I looked like a liar before the courts. I should not have been surprised-- Matt lied numerous times in court and said things that he knew to be untrue, which also backfired on me as he could not keep his lies straight and ended up contradicting himself time and time again.
