Mr. Puglise just lost 2 TPO cases that were fraudulently filed against me by both of my parents. I am self represented and still easily won the cases, having both dismissed. He incessantly tried to present testimony and evidence that was completely irrelevant and almost every single one of my objections were sustained by the judge. Generally speaking, lawyers will tell you you can win a losing case because it is literally their business. Would you want to hire a firm that can lose at trial to a self represented laymen? Puglise has been a tremendous help to a number of people I know. Really came through in some tight spots for at least 4 different people that I know personally.
