Public Defender Office

My experience with this office is a different story, the lawyer we had, was terrible, he didn't know the difference between supervised probation and unsupervised probation, I argued that he was wrong, and he reassured me that, that wasn't the case. Wahlaw....two years of driving two and half hours every month with probation fees. Pretty awful that I knew more about the law than he did

These lawyers are the best! Every time I find myself in a legal jam they have helped navigate the legal system in a fair and efficient manner. They have years of experience with the local prosecutors and law enforcement. They are not afraid to challenge the system, fight for you and make sure you get a fair deal. I have always been very happy with work they do. They are one of the most underrate legal defense teams in the State Missouri! Thank you for all your help over the years!

Michelle Parrish completely changed my view on public defenders! My brother was incarcerated and applied for a PD. Before he was seen in front of the judge, Mrs. Parrish allowed me to sit down with her so I could tell her a little background on my brother. I could tell she actually cared and everything I said to her, she took notes on. She made herself available to not only her client, my brother, but also kept me in the loop. I drove hours to get to the court and the docket was so full, they ended up not seeing my brother until the afternoon. Unfortunately I was unable to stay fot the afternoon docket, but she made sure I was able to appear via webX and let my brother know while I might not be there in person, I was listening.
