My temporary order case has been delayed 3 times now. Have been sending emails and texts about the next one. I have gotten no reply’s and the last hearing that was delayed was on January 29th. It is now March 6 th and I have not heard back from him. He knows I have been mentally, emotionally, and verbally abused and my children were around it and happened somewhat to them too, but that doesn’t seem to matter. I spent $4000 to get half the help I paid for and ignored.

If there was an option to give negative 5 stars, I would use that option here. I would highly advise against hiring this lawyer for legal services especially for family law. I hired him to handle two motions and while he may have handled a couple of parts of one motion accurately as he was hired to represent me, he completely dropped the ball on one very big piece to that first motion. This rather large error could have seriously put my children in a very dangerous situation and Mr Prossin was not concerned at all and disregarded the facts that he was presented with. As for the second motion, he completely blew me off. I ended up having to handle that motion on my own even though Mr Prossin had everything that he needed for that motion.
