We had a really positive experience re-doing our estate documents with Promise Law. We didn't have much to compare against, but we found the whole team really professional, helpful, and friendly. Geneva was clearly very knowledgeable and it generally felt like we were in really good hands. They offer multiple options for estate planning and plan maintenance but there was never a hard sell to go the Trust route or in any particular direction, which we appreciated. They've got a clear and well thought out process from beginning to end, and at no point did we feel lost or overwhelmed. Hard to get too excited about estate planning, but we have zero regrets doing so with Promise Law.

I was very excited to begin working with Promise Law after my initial consultation in August. Then when I tried to contact them to get the ball rolling there were crickets. No response. A friend of mine was helping me out and calling because I have been in the hospital. Finally, today after about three weeks of trying to get in contact I spoke with an actual human being. Our attempts to contact were via phone and email. The individual today stated that they were no longer providing the service I needed. This could have been avoided if they had responded to our initial inquiries. I was going to have them do my will as well but not anymore.
