If you have to go to court, she won't be going with you. You will have be there representing yourself without representation. When the other party gets served, they will get a lawyer like any normal person would. You can not go to court by yourself, because you do not know the law, no matter how smart you think you are. Like me you will only wind up looking like a fool having spent $1,500 on useless paperwork. Save your money and just get a lawyer that will represent you the whole way through. It was basically a waste of my money. Edit to my review since I can't respond to the reply. They prepared and filed legal documents for petition for divorce and then used her person to serve said paperwork to my now ex. At no point was I ever informed if she gets a lawyer that I was on my own. I had
