The lawyer is never around for clients. Assistance are never available and barely return call. The secretary is nice. If you want better and faster results call a real lawyer. Save yourself the stress.

PSA! Poor customer service and lack of response from case representative. Firm takes months to resolve cases with no beneficial outcome. A claimant is better off representing themselves when it comes to this firm. No apologies for customer's service dissatisfaction. Bad Experience!
