We hired them for what seems to be a straight forward case and they promised us quick action on their plan. They also promised us monthly billing, so that we would be aware of the costs and could decide whether to stop the process. Once we hired them, they did none of that. In the end, they charged us over $11,000 and provided us with nothing.
