Refered to me by my benefit plan, I felt this Office was receptive, qualified and responsive. My matter was handled with good communication and I was able to resolve quickly and fairly.

Not professional. He told me he’d have his Assitant contact me to schedule an appointment. He then call me back about 2 hours later and tried to set one up after gathering details he told me to look for someone else. He stated he dealt with me before he has never met me or done a deal beware.

Very unresponsive, had short call with him trying to set up an appointment for some legal advice on a real estate matter. I was told his assistant would be in touch to set up an appointment it has now been over 2 weeks with no response. If you have any time sensitive matter I wouldn’t recommend him

We met with Mr Foskey, but have never had any follow up action from him. He was supposed to write a simple demand letter (for real estate) and we we going to get our wills redone, but he apparently wasn't interested.

Called to see if I have a small claims case that I know nothing about and attitude and tone with me was very aggressive. All I wanted was information about what he thinks and he just seemed like he wanted to end the phone call the second he picked up.
