I paid $1,500 for Shannon Prescott to serve as GAL, and her report was full of false and damaging information. She claimed I filed to modify my visitation only a month after my current order began, which is completely untrue my order has been in place for over a year and a half. She even included a completely false statement about me, my ex, and her wife being in a “polyamorous relationship.” I came to her office with audio, video, screenshots, and witnesses from my kids’ schools to prove my claims, but she refused to review any evidence or speak to witnesses. She never came to my home or visited either parent’s home all meetings were done in her office by asking questions, which doesn’t give the full picture. When I later called her office about correcting the mistakes, I was told Ms. P

Called this office today to request information about a case for a family member, and was confronted with Samantha, who insisted my phone messages were never recorded!.. Was the told that she was unable to adhere to my request, Samantha was not only rude and disrespectful but, very Unprofessional! She proceeded to interrupt me as I spoke tryin to get an understanding but apparently she had no patience for her job duties. I finally ended the call, and redialed and spoke with Makayla who seemed quite pleasant to assist and to leave a message for Ms. Prescott to return my call at her earliest convenience. I do believe there should be people skills when working with the public and that individual had none. Hopefully this matter ends well, and hopefully Ms. PRESCOTT IS aware of how her patrons

She was paid in full in April 2019 and I haven’t heard anything from her since September 2019.when someone at the office answers the phone they know nothing and Shannon never returns any calls at all.
