If it says the office is open until 5 but everything shuts down at 1, you are causing actual harm to the people who need your services the most. People who have limited resources have enough doors shut in their face, don't you think? I would be willing to volunteer time, even if just to sit at a desk at your office so that people with time sensitive issues can be redirected.

Lost in phone system finally got through to be told a face to face meeting was not possible when thats the only way to get assistance with a contract. Will relocate as every place i called for help recommended the Office that couldn't help me. Several locations in different cities. If you need help move to chicago. This Was assistance filling out a storage locker form not rocket science just 5 minutes of help i Was willing to pay for.

Prairie legal is by far a joke I spoke with a Marvin or Melvin he said I could speak to a lawyer for free then proceeded to attempt to charge me a fee to talking to the lawyer and then disconnected the call when I confronted him about his contradiction! Save your time and energy anywhere else would be better !

Called everyday for 2 weeks to just get put on the run around. No one returns calls and someone different says something different everytime. Finally after they get sick of you calling they tell you they sent a letter explaining they don't have enough staff to help.
