Doesnt carenabout the truth. Tells me it dont matter if im innocent or not. Because there us a "witness" im convicted no matter what. This so called witness is fabricating a story that doesnt even matchn the "victims" story. Which has changed more then once and now that so called victim has b?een trying to tell the truth the DA AND MY ATTORNEY Both ignore the truth and still are tryimg to give me a felony charge ... He is to close of friends with the DA and ismt.willing to fight a case or do his job . he is only there for tje quick easy pmea deal cases dont care if your innocent

This man is the worst attorney imaginable. My husband is going to spend 90 months in prison for something that even the victim says he did not do. Throughout the three years that it took Potter to finally get my husband to trial he refused to let him see his discovery, refused to investigate, refused to answer phone calls, refused to answer questions, refused to file motions. During trial he raised no objections to a witness perjuring herself on the stand. He refused to call the experts and the alibi witnesses to the stand. In fact, he offered no derense whatsoever. He even admitted to my husband,his mother and me tgat he knew who did this, saying it was a former client of his, and then railroaded my husband for it! Beware if you get tgis erson as your attorney. Ge is dirty.
