This law firm/collection agency worked hand in hand with the property management firm to assess fees upon fees on my deceased father's minimal estate, despite my willingness to settle things fairly. When they did return calls, I was billed for their time. Then they stopped returning calls. Even after I paid the full payoff amount requested, PMKC added even more fees before paperwork would be released so the property could close (this is in addition to the almost 1% of sale price they charged for boilerplate paperwork as part of the sale). Avoid dealing with this company.

I paid 350 for a consult with Seth Harris where he promised to take my case if I was able to delay a hearing. I accomplished this and after being unresponsive to multiple emails and phone calls he said he was too busy.

Communication is very slow to start. This law firm represented our association. Becasue we live in a strict community we were assessed fines that even I had to take a step back to ask myself if it was for real. Anyways we owed our association some money and this law firm represents them. They are quick to send you a notice of the amount that's due. Once you pay it that's were the process is very slow. Constant follow-ups with this law firm to ensure that the lien was removed from our title. Let's just say that I will never get to a point to battle my association. Mr. Christian Porter is the most profoundly unprofessional attorney that I can recall. He attended and advised at a home owners meeting as a impartial consultant. However, he is not unbiased and actually is the property management company’s attorney. Mr. Christopher Porter is the epitome of falsehoods, shoddy and conflicted advice. Please avoid this attorney .
