If I could give 0 stars I would completely disrespect people I called to inquire about a house that is vacant and rotting and was trying to find out who I needed to contact considering they are the title holder of the property and the lady on the phone was completely rude after me explaining what I was calling for, she said so what's your question after already asking my question , who would I need to contact or an inquiry about the home and said I cannot give you and information and hung up on me never gave me a chance to give an address to the property or anything! Really Shaisty people!

Typical Vampire attorneys who represent predatory lenders like SPS who will inevitably steal your home from you. Perfect synergy between unscrupulous businesses... money hungry individuals without any morals.

This company takes your money for escrow and then doesn't return it when the deal falls through. Will be calling my senator, congressman, and Pam Bondi at state office to find out what laws there are against it.

They are absolutely the best in the area. Have used them for multiple closing transactions and the entire staff are always available to help whenever I have questions or need help.
