Polston Tax completely failed me. I gave them all of my financial information in July, the same day we spoke, and I was told they would proceed with my case. I was clear that my gambling had nothing to do with my ability to set up a payment arrangement, and they agreed to move forward. They didn’t. Months later I found out nothing had been handled, and I was left dealing with the mess on my own. Their communication was terrible, their follow-through was nonexistent, and the service I paid for was never delivered. For the amount they charge, this level of neglect is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust Polston Tax with anything. They did not do the job, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

In April 2025, I submitted all required tax documents and paid $1,750 to Polston tax for preparation and filing of my tax return. I was told this payment would cover the full cost of the service. Over the past seven months, I have not received consistent updates or communication regarding the progress of my return. Every attempt to check on the status has been initiated by me. Recently, I was informed that the work is still not complete and that the business now requires additional payment to finish it. At no point was I informed in advance that additional fees would be necessary or provided documentation explaining why.
