I wish I had learned about Platinum Benefit years ago to help me navigate my mom’s Medicaid benefits. It’s such a confusing and constantly changing process, and they made everything so much easier. Their team took a huge burden off my shoulders by handling the endless paperwork and guiding me through every step. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants peace of mind during an overwhelming time.

The Medicaid enrollment process is a very daunting task with multiple steps and requires lots of information. Very easy for us with Platinum. It is mostly waiting on the process as long as you get all of the documents to them that are needed. They definitely know this process! Seems like the ones who have complaints have NO idea how the Medicaid process works and how complicated, inefficient and error prone the Medicaid offices are. The easier it is, the better job it shows that Platinum is doing advocating for our loved ones. Even though it is a pain to get all of the necessary documents together, Platinum does all of the heavy lifting with the government side. I would never have had the time energy or patience to deal with Medicaid office/process. Thank you Keisha and team!

The results which the Platinum Benefits said were possible was exactly the outcome we got. I had submitted several Medicaid applications for my 85 year old mother. Each one resulted in a denial. While awaiting the decision from my last attempt, my mom fell and upon her discharge from the hospital, she was admitted to a rehabilitation facility. The facility recommended Platinum Benefit Services and said that they have suggested that company many times. We spoke to a representative of Platinum Benefit Services and after they reviewed our details, the representative felt very confident that based on the current circumstance, Medicaid would be approved.
