Placer County District Attorney

I had a very positive experience with the Placer County District Attorney’s Office. The staff was professional, helpful, and respectful throughout my interaction. I especially want to give a special thanks to the lady who answered the phone (unfortunately, I don’t know her name). She was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to provide the information I needed. Her assistance made the process much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate the support and professionalism from this office.

I have no complaints when it comes to the District Attorney's when it comes to calling the office and dealing with Cheryl the secretary is a whole other story. She makes things very difficult when they don't need to be she feels she needs to deal with the lawyers of the clients when that is not necessary she could easily answer the questions that are being asked but she demands to talk to the lawyer and hangs up on you we're already dealing with enough stress we don't need her adding more to it. What kind of person hangs up on you like a child you have to call back on another phone ask Cheryl why she hung up on you and she Snickers and says that you were disconnected will you hear the receiver hanging up I mean grow up. This is long overdue, but I have to write this. About two years ago, I was involved in a domestic violence case. I have never been victim of any kind of crime. It was life-changing and unbearable. I had tried to seek help from so many people, and I felt that my voice was unheard. That was until Holly the district attorney of my case stepped in. I felt the system had failed me until I met Holly. I cannot say how grateful and thankful I am for the support that I received from the DAs office as well as Michelle my Victim Advocate.
