Pitzer Danny

I had a Serious case from Jan 2023, I wasn't working and Danny was assigned as a court appointed attorney, I looked at his reviews and wasn't very hopeful. I spoke with him a few times. but the courts dragged their feet on this case. Ill be honest, I was doubtful because it was continuance after continuance until Feb 2025. Then the activity from Danny really started to heat up in a good way, As my Trial time was coming up, He started to get very active and went to work. He got really active, calling every day sometimes multiple times with questions that came up. So the set for Trial date came up, and that morning, the courts DISMISSED MY CASE COMPLETELY!!!! Danny may start slow but he is a beast and I highly recommend him to anyone.

This guy is hard to reach their isn't an office phone to call and leave a voicemail it goes straight to his receptionis personal cell phone.and she's always on the rode and never in the office and can never take my number. I Been trying to get a hold of Mr Pitzer for two weeks. He's told my son I never pick up. Well he never calls and I don't have any voicemails from Mr pitzer I even sent many emails.

Worst lawyer I've ever worked with. And why exactly is he trying criminal cases???? I tried to fire him. Unsuccessfully. Avoid this man at all cost

It's a D#$% shame these kind of attorneys represent the less fortunate. They don't care. It's so sad. This man should be disbarred
