I was given HollyJane Fairbairn with the Law Firm of Chitwood & Fairbairn 245 South French Broad Asheville NC. Not only was I misrepresented by Holly, she abruptly abandoned me the day of my trial. The judge had given her extra time to prepare my disability case. So this was a continuance hearing. The judge contacted me & told me my attorney Holly Fairbairn, abandoned me as a representative & I no longer had an attorney. I had to find another attorney who was far more competent & I got my disability. She is now asking for my entire sum of back pay from my disability after another attorney did her job for her. Miss Fairbairn shows to break her contract with her client and abandoned me at my hearing and now is going after everything I have as a disabled person.
