I had an overall very positive experience with this law office. They made my bankruptcy process fast-paced and surprisingly easy, which helped ease a lot of the stress I was feeling going into it. Irubiel was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Jona and Lea were also professional and helpful throughout the process. At times, it was a little difficult to get in touch with the office, but aside from that, everything moved efficiently and smoothly. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and straightforward experience during a difficult time.

Lawyers are not my favorite people. However, similar to police officers, tow trucks, and dentists, I’ve been pretty happy to make contact with one when I need one. Mr. Joe Pioletti is certainly the most courteous lawyer I’ve ever met. I’m talking about being easy to talk to as a client without talk over, condescension , or being rushed. He actually listens to me. When I call the phone number provided I do not get a receptionist or secretary; the call is answered with the words, “Joe Pioletti…”. Yes, he answers. Absolutely amazing. I know that the office of this practice is a very rural community and, to me, that’s a plus. The entire value system is different from what I’ve become accustomed to. I had the pleasure of working with Mike and I could not have asked for a better attorney. He was super helpful during the entire process. He made sure to keep me in the loop and help me understand everything that was going on. I could tell he truly cared and he helped me feel comfortable during what was a very uncomfortable experience.

I hired Mike after getting erroneously pulled over by an over zealous sheriff deputy...and because I was vocal about his erratic driving and the unlawful manner in which he pulled me over he slapped me with numerous tickets as well as a DUI. Never mind the fact I was sober and had the BAID device in my car already they also illegally seized my vehicle. So I was completely at a loss...until I met Mike....he made me feel like he was on my side from the start and he believed my version of events not just taking the officers word. You need to feel comfortable with your attorney and that he is fighting for you and getting you justice and Mike made me feel that since day one. And after almost 2 years of fighting & fighting these charges....he got me the best deal I could imagine...None of this p
