FATHERS BEWARE!! Very poor mediator. Was given authority to determine child support (bad decision) after me and my sons mom couldn't come to agreement in mediation. Child support is based off the taxable income, Rocky said to my face during mediation because my ex would not accept the number I was giving them. Rocky told me that if no agreement was made from the attorneys that it would be based off my taxes from 2023 and 2022 (and she, the mediator would be the decision maker). Well, my taxes from those years together wouldn't even average 50k a year, but Rocky set the number for my salary at 66k a year. I've never made this much in my life, and now I have to pay 1100 a month to my ex, when I'm already barely getting by. Do not give this woman any authority in your cases, she is not honest

Rocky was chosen by the court to represent my daughter Lauren when she was only 15, several years ago by her dad and his wife. I had met the wife briefly only a few times during an exchange so she did not know at all. This had been an ongoing attempt by her dad to alienate my daughter from me just like his own mother did to him and his sisters when they were young from their own father. The only accusation against me was I did not help my daughter with her Type 1 diabetes when in fact within a couple of years of her diagnosis I went back to college to become a Registered Nurse to better care for my daughter.
