I contacted Mr. Pike regarding taking a deceased family members name off of a warranty deed on October 30, 2025. We had a very nice discussion via cell phone and he told me to bring the documents to his office the next morning and see his legal assistant Terry. I arrived at his office the next morning on October 31, 2025 at 9:07AM to find the office locked. I knocked on the door and Mr. Pike came to the door, he indicated he was on the phone and I need to "drop and go." He took the documents out of my hand and I promptly left. I never heard another word from Mr. Pike, so I telephoned his assistant on November 11, 2025, and asked the status. She replied "I am not aware of the file, I will need to contact Mr. Pike.
