Closing funds were sent to the wrong location and account. I only found out after researching it myself, as it was not discovered by their closing agent. I had to pay another month's mortgage payment, due to their oversight. When I inquired about the discrepancy in funds, I was told that I needed to "figure it out." If you are looking for a detail orientated company to handle your closing, please look elsewhere!

the actual closing went fine, but you had better hope you never need a copy of the paperwork. i've been calling for over a month trying to get a copy of my closing paperwork. they do not keep electronic records (in 2020) for some reason and they have not been able to provide any real answer as to why they can't find it. i have no idea how it is possible to run a business without the ability to do something as simple as sending an email copy of paperwork.
