Mark and his office took VERY good care of me, and handled my issue professionally and timely. So much so that I had my sister (going through divorce) switch to him because her original attorney was getting her nowhere. Both of our cases were handled well by Mark, and we are both happy with the outcome we were able to get with him fighting for us. Would absolutely recommend.

I would never recommend this lawyer. He charged me $10,000 for one particular case and we settled out of court and then for the second part of the case he charged me a flat fee of 2500 and then tacked on about $3800 of that was in his invoice “reading the Indiana statutes “” and I again had zero results from that second case yet he thinks he’s still entitled to $2700 during the first case I could never get a hold of him and when I had questions, he got very snippy with me Again, I would zero out of 10 recommend this lawyer in the second case he litigated it was a custody situation. He argued with the other lawyer the entire time and the judge had to even preface you guys meaning the lawyers are not going to do this the entire time it irritated the judge, and he came across very arrogant

Mark not only represented me effectively, he was very upfront and matter of fact about what the status of my case. He let me know he was on MY side. And that's a big deal when you're standing there looking up at that judge. For criminal defense there's NONE better than Mark. That being said, the lack of communication can definitely be frustrating when your anxiety is through the roof and all you want is for him to tell you he's doing something...ANYthing...but if he comes into court with you and you don't leave in handcuffs I'd say that's the important thing.

I have to say this office is amazing. From Miss Jennifer at the desk when you come in, to Brennan, as well as his assistant, Mayra. If you want ethical, respectful, courteous, understanding, hard-working people that work hard for you, this is exactly the law firm that you need to use. I know nothing at all when it comes to law as far as court and everything is concerned. But through every step of the way, everyone has made sure that I am happy, comfortable, I understand what is going on, that I knew I was valued and heard ..etc. If I could do more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thanks again to all of you for everything. You really are the best!!
