Lovely use for a large old house. Beautiful inside and out. The one person we dealt with was very pleasant to work with. Efficient but didn't rush us. Got our legal business done quickly beith no wait time.

I’ve used Phillips, Dunn, Shriver & Carroll twice. The first time was for a tax sale property closing, and that went fine. The second time was a legal dispute with neighbors—and it was a nightmare. Communication was terrible, responses were delayed for weeks at a time, and I had to constantly chase them for updates. The case dragged on far longer than it should have due to their lack of urgency and follow-through. If you need a simple closing, maybe they’re fine. But for anything time-sensitive or more involved, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I won’t be using them again.

Do not use these people.. they take there sweet sweet time.. they ignore calls no communication..
