I Hired Mr. Menditto to handle a criminal case on behalf of my daughter on 7/30. He never provided a retainer agreement and then gave the case to a different attorney without my knowledge or consent. He lied about what his fee covered because there were two mouths to feed and he tried to shake me down for two years of legal fees. Totally unprofessional. No billing statements, work logs, or copies of emails he sent. 90 days and no proof of any work has been provided. There was one motion done by other attorney and because I was talking to Philip and not the actual attorney doing the work, the motion was submitted wrong.
