After hearing a presentation at our church by Logan Phillips, my husband and I were able to meet with him regarding our daughter's needs. He spent considerable time with us during our first consultation, and both identified what we'd done correctly in preparing for our daughter's future and what could and perhaps should be done. He didn't just tell us what to do, he guided us through a number of tasks that needed to be addressed. We would highly recommend his professional expertise and kindness for those facing the long-term care needs of family members with special needs.

Derek has been absolutely amazing helping us set up a Trust for our daughter, he has been patient with us and has walked and talked us through the entire process. I was given their contact information by Ohio Disability Rights while I was looking for lawyers who have experience with special needs injury cases. I received a call from their assistant Jen Crabtree and I explained my situation. She said she would set up a phone call for me. Which was a waste of time. If they couldn't help me, she should of said this isn't something they can help me with. I explained my entire situation to her before I even scheduled the phone call. When the lawyer did call me he absolutely wasted my time as well. Instead of simply saying I cant help you he proceeded to ramble on about a case he is working on that was not relevant to anything I needed and his opinion was useless.
