I got a letter that my case was closed and completed, that everything was removed, when I check my credit report, it was the same, nothing removed, it was much worse than before, I still got creditors coming after me for items that aren't mine, no lawsuits against those companies were ever made, I received no payment, I didn't receive any help at all, I'm an identity theft victim but still no help at all from this firm.
