I contacted Andrew Peters regarding a criminal charge. He listened to my concerns and represented me to a settlement and no criminal charges were filed and trial was averted. I received the utmost representation and Mr. Peters did all the things right in my best interest. He office staff was impeccable to return my call. Andrew Peters has been a great attorney for my daughter who was assumed to be the aggressor in a fight between her and her husband. When we met with Andrew he was so kind and (of course) knowledgeable and he knew exactly what needed to be done for her. We paid him a flat fee and it wasn't cheap but, money well spent. Ultimately, her husband has admitted to being the aggressor and that she was defending herself against him. To the judges and DA, it is something that happens all the time called a recanting of the charges, and it oftentimes won't help. However, her husband met with Andrew to give an affidavit of his statement to turn in to the DA and the judge.
