Do not let this law office do your title search currently can't sell my property because they didn't clear judgements from previous seller and now I have to pay her debt in order to sell my property also they will not return calls or answer this is the 2nd real estate that they've done this to on me personally.
Mr. Peterman and his staff are excellent at what they do. They helped facilitate the probate process of my dad's estate and were very efficient and kind while helping us through a difficult time.
Was not my clients choice to utilize this company. Only once out of maybe 60 (unnecessary) phone calls did they answer and never returned the phone call as promised. Still have not been able to get a closing scheduled simply because the company will not answer the phone.
As a Real Estate Agent, I work with Thomas amd Julie on a regular basis. Top notch experience, always.
Thomas is such a great guy. Super fast and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
