Adam Mitchner, atty, with Perry&Waters firm, does not appear to be concerned about “conflict of interest” rules when taking on a new client. However, I can not speak anything but grand statements about David Waters and Mike Waters. Despite, I have had sealed documents in this office for over 7 years, and Adam already recused himself once from representing an opposing party against me in past years, due to this being a conflict of interest. Mr. Mitchner currently elects not to abide by those same rules today and he has been told numerous times by several individuals that he should not be representing an opposing party against me. Do not recommend anyone wasting money on counsel, until it is clear which side of table Mr. Mitchner chooses to appear . Unethical in my opinion.

I had a traffic issue that I needed help with, Perry and Waters took the case and handed it quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied with the results that they got for me. If you have similar issues do not hesitate to call them, their services are worth every penny!
