I called on a Thursday to set up an appointment and met with Marty on Monday. I went in explained my situation and they explained my rights, advised me on what we could do and typed up the paperwork by the following week. Some issues came up (Other party) and they worked with me. The case was started, signed and approved by the judge before 30 days. I highly recommend them. (Every case is different so don't go by my time-line, im just sharing MY experience) Everyone in that office was extremely helpful and communicated well with me.

The counsel lawyer's service fell short of my expectations. He appeared to lack diligence in his work and preferred to settle the matter through mediation rather than vigorously advocating for me in court. I had compiled considerable evidence for the case, which I believe was not given due consideration. Additionally, there are ongoing issues with back child support that remain unaddressed. Considering these problems and the fee of $1200, I would caution potential clients against seeking his services.

Hired to represent my Son in his divorce and was real late (missed it) getting to the courthouse on the court date and my Son lost.
