I reached out to this firm in August 2024 from a recommendation from Florida Hometown Title. It took 2 months to get a contract. I asked for 2 services. A Title Search and a review of a Variance Permit Application and Paid a $1,000 retainer. In my meeting with the Paralegal o mentioned the contract didn't mention the review of the application and she assured me both were considered in the retainer. Fast forward 2 additional months and I had the county at my throat for a code violation with me desperately begging for this title certification. I abandoned the idea of having them review my application and pushed for the letter.
