Any time I had to call them, they answered the phone promptly, they knew most of the answers to my questions, I got an expediated answer if the person I was talking to did not know, I was called back as promised, made this unfortunate speeding citation as easy to handle as ABC's. I lived hours away from the county I got the citation, and I was pleased to have hired the correct law firm that was professional, efficient, bi-lingual if needed, but foremost, polite.
