I cannot believe how rude the receptionist is to hang up on a person mid question because they don't want to answer the question and then try to call back and refuse to answer I will never understand why a lawyer office would conduct business that way. Suffolk Office!!!!

We were both shocked and in awe, not in a flattering sense, that a reputative firm and experienced legal staff should require four (4) FULL eight (8) hours days to compose a templated simple will and trust. A brief (within a maximum of 15 minutes) initial conversation with Atty. Byler, thirteen (13) to/from correspondence with Robyn, secretary and less than one (1) hour meet/greet and sign with Atty. Johnson, hardly constitutes this amount of time. Per their invoice, that would equate to 2.5 hours each day, with noted discussion. We don’t have that much in total assets. This BOOTLEG law firm had the NERVE to send me a THREAT letter as I’m a homeowner. For my HOA who asked them to ask for sooooo much more money after they stole my water meter. Then this law firm addressed the letter to sue my 95 year old grandma who PASSED AWAY 2 days before they typed the letter up. Who had NOTHING to do with situation. Who does that EXACTLY? How do you ADDRESS the dead behind a FRAUD HOA? The REVIEWS for United Property Associates have so many complaints until it’s just not FUNNY, the ones they tried their ness behind. They are so FRAUD. And this law firm deserves the name COWARD cause that’s exactly how they acted when I just CALLED. Hung straight up several times.

First, I’d like to just say Ms. Carrilin specifically is heaven sent. She took care of all my questions and concerns with the utmost honesty and professionalism. As far as the rest of the team everybody took care of me like family displayed flawless workplace knowledge. outstanding team. 10/10
