Don't bother to call and request a consult. The firm took over a month to finally return my call (after repeated calls from me) and say all their attorney's dockets were full. It is Spring 2014, so according to their staff they won't have availability for at least a few more months. They recommended calling the WY State Bar Referral Line, which is what I also recommend rather than having the frustration of the poor customer service provided by this firm.
