I’ll start by saying that I am absolutely not the review writing kind of person. Titus Pemberton recently helped me resolve a dispute with a general contractor that had done damage to my home. My experience with Titus and the way he handled the situation was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking for legal assistance. He was also very likable, and I am a person that usually rates the likability of lawyers on the same level as politicians😂. His assistant, Brittany was also awesome, and very helpful.

I’m so thankful for Titus and his firm. After a horrible experience with another law firm, I’m grateful to have found Titus through a google search. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions regarding my probate case. He handled everything efficiently and ethically, which I truly appreciate. I can’t recommend him enough.

Titus is AWESOME! My traffic violation case was handled in less than 48 hours! I am from out of state, and I was worried about having to travel 6.5 hours to court. Titus handled my case so that I did not have to go to court! He is very professional and courteous. He was upfront with expectations for my case, and the outcome was better than expected! If you need a lawyer, he is the one to hire!

We reached out to a different firm to get our will done and they never called us back! But the Pemberton firm was very prompt and professional and allowed us to do some Zoom sessions for preliminary discussions. When we finally met to execute the will, everything was explained thoughtfully and we understood what we were doing. I would recommend Titus Pemberton and Staff for any legal needs!
