Tom is one of my favorite title attorneys. His prices are hard to best and his thorough work is above and beyond others I’ve worked with. He has found title issues that others missed and found ways to resolve them.

Completely shocked with this law firm. Active duty military, I was trying to purchase a home at my next duty station in Maryland while I was temporarily assigned to Virginia Beach, I paid them $500 to represent as the title company. They over 12 days to clear my check because they forgot tondo it before the Thanksgiving holiday period, and this was something I needed for the mortgage process, they never contacted me until two days prior to when we were supposed to close which is not normal practice. It was nearly impossible for me and my wife to achieve because she was in Montana awaiting this purchase to come out and live with me. I still found a solution, jumped through hoops to get a power of attorney on the fly for my wife, and then had to request on a days notice through my entire ch
