Melinda Gentile was court appointed arbitrator. She admitted evidence post production against rules of evidence. She ruled that our 4 witnesses and 300+ photos and documents were not credible enough evidence of contractor malfeasance. She watched contractor perjure himself, falsify evidence and fail to produce any actual invoices, time sheets, etc. She socialized openly with the contractor and his attorney off mic. Our case involved two races at table, and had we known She had relationship with OC and self proclaimed "DEI chair" of her firm, we would habe sought her recusal. She sat looking at phone and notebook during critical testimony. She was the most incompetent if not purposefully prejudice legal person I have ever seen in 35 years.
