My mom passed away this weekend and I contacted Pearman law firm to try to get some information about my next steps. Diana was incredibly helpful and very compassionate. I recommend these folks for those who need someone during difficult times. They have been in in operation for a while, and I was so pleased to be able to get the help I needed.

I am in shock. We have used Pearman law firm in the past for several different things and they have been excellent. I guess this is no longer the case. I requested a consultation for elder law, which they advertise that they do. I was promised a phone call the same day. It’s been a week and a half later and I have heard nothing. When I called back to the office today, they said my message did get relayed, but the lawyer in charge didn’t seem to think that they could help me even though they never spoke with me. I guess I’m not even warranted a phone call back. When I asked the Receptionist about this when I called back, she hung up on me. It makes me really sad because we have done business with them in the past.

I have consulted with Pearman in the past they were timely and helpful. Last week, I called for a probate case and was told they would call me back after taking my details in two days, whether they could help me or not. This never happened. I followed up with two calls after two days. They just told me everyone was busy and in meetings. I left 2 voicemails with my contact info and details of the case. They never called me back. It's been a full week now. Even if you dont want to help me with a case, you can still communicate that to me. They dont want my business and dont have the courtesy to follow up. I recommend looking elsewhere for an Attorney
